This is not a Muffin although it looks like it. 
 
It is a Spanish Magdalena and its taste is totally different if compared with a Muffin.  This handmade Magdalena is the finest and best tasting cake in the world.  It has a unique (sweet) taste (of cake, lemon, almand, vanile, orange, sugar).  It contains only top quality natural and taste full ingredients (no preservations and/or additives).   
 
A Magdalena can be used  in the morning, by the coffee or as desert or as base for a desert.
