This Pata Negra Cebo de Campo variant is less expensive then the Bellota variant but what a taste it still has.
By all means this is still by far the second best ham in the world. Some people prefer this one over the Bellota variant, not only for its price but because it is a bit softer in texture. As with Bellota, the Cebo variant is an exclusive ham that does not taste like a regular ham you are used to (it is not cooked and not salt).
It is made from Pata Negra pig race that lives in the forests of Spain, feed with Bellotas, grain and other forms of natural food. The meat has been aged for at least 24 months. Its flavour is complex, almost sweet, nutty and still good marbled aged porc with a long lasting taste.
The Cebo variant can be ordered in multiple portions of 100Gr each.
The minimum that can be ordered is 200Gr.
