This is not ordinary ham, it does not taste like ham you are used to (it is not cooked, it is not salt).
It is made from the Pata Negra pig that lives in the forestsof Spain being feed with Bellotas (acorn) only. The Bellota variant has been aged for at least 36 months. Its flavour is complex, almost sweet, nutty, marbled pork with only a slight hint of salt. Due to its age and food, it is less soft but more complex in taste then the Cebo variant.
This Bellota variant can be ordered in multiple portions of 100Gr each, with a minimum of 200Gr.
